Payroll/Debit Cards
Payroll debit cards are a great way to pay employees who for various reasons don’t have access to a bank account. Employees receive a VISA card that is precharged with their pay each payday. They can use the card at any retailer that accepts Visa as well as access their pay at most ATM’s.
Independent Contractor Payments
It is easy to keep track of your independent contractors with CPS handling their payment. Contractors can receive their payments via check or direct deposit. At year end we process the 1099’s for you.
Paperless Payroll and Reporting
Your payroll can go paperless and your company can go “green” at the same time. Employees can receive their direct deposit stubs via an encrypted email or through the employee self service portal. Company reports can be emailed to you. Additionally you can access all your company reports through our online payroll option. Additionally, reports can be emailed to accountants, bankers or other third parties.
Direct Deposit
All companies have access to direct deposit at no additional charge. This is an easy way to pay employees, especially when it is used in conjunction with the employee self service.
Employee self Service
Answering simple employee questions is made easy with our Employee Self Service feature. Employees can look up past check stubs; verify direct deposit accounts, deductions and withholdings. Additionally past W-2’s can be printed.
General Ledger Reporting
Your accountant will love our general ledger integration. The GL reporting is “customized” to your general ledger. Additionally an import can be made for most popular accounting packages.
New Hire Reporting
Mandatory new hire reporting is included as a standard feature of our service.
